The Everywhen Project seeks to build and strengthen human connections through the support and celebration of art. It does this by inviting individuals and groups to create art-driven, ad-hoc communities within a nonpartisan, inviting environment.

Through its fundraising efforts, the Everywhen Project enables artists to build, transport, and share their reusable art in the beauty of nature, with intentions to become a nexus of community building and reverence.

Our operations are funded through event ticket sales and the generosity of donors. We use revenue to:

• Support the year-round team who plan events
• Pay expenses related to the Everywhen Project's financial obligations to maintain its 501c3 status and entity operations.
• Fund the art grants pool in order to provide two grant disbursements per year.
• Fund event production expenses, including things such as heavy equipment, fuel, insurance, certifications, vendor expenses, rentals, storage and licenses.
